1. General Return Policy

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the product arrives defective or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct one.
  • Sizing Issues: We do not accept returns for sizing issues. Please ensure to check our size guide before making a purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@omnifit.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or incorrect item.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions if the return is approved.
  3. Shipping: Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the issue.
  5. Refund or Replacement: After inspection, we will process your refund or send a replacement

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return has been received and inspected. You will be notified via email once your refund is processed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Items with signs of wear or use
  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Final sale items

5. Printful Specific Policies

For products procured through Printful:

  • Printful will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement order if the issue is deemed to be their fault (defects, incorrect items).
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
  • Misprinted/damaged/defective items will be replaced at no additional cost.

6. Printify Specific Policies

For products procured through Printify:
